Welcome to Church Road Health!
We are located inside Manor Park Health Centre. To find us follow these simple directions:
- Once you enter Manor Park Health Centre from the main entrace, turn to your right.
- To find us, take the stairs to the first floor.
- You can also access us through the elevator. We're on the first floor.
- Once you're on the first floor - you can approach the reception, where our team will be happy to help you!Â
