We are reverting to accurx

Dear Patients,

Thank you for joining us on this journey using PATCHS to continually try and improve our services for you. At First4Health patient care comes first. So whilst there have been some benefits, it is clear that this is not the right service for the majority of you and we have taken onboard your feedback and are reverting back to the previous system - accuRx, from Thursday 31st October 8am.

We will continue to support vulnerable patients on the phone and run digital inclusion clinics to help any of you who would like support using online access or your NHS App.
