We have a strong clinical leadership, development and support structure, which with centralised management, finance, operations and population health teams ensures that we provide a high and consistent standard of care across all our sites. This structure allows us the resilience of a larger organisation and the close-knit supportive relationships of a smaller team. We care about each other and it shows in how long our staff have remained at the practice. We value our staff and use BrightHR to provide bonus wellbeing initiatives, host regular team meetings and socials, have a Wellbeing Specialist GP onboard, and supply a fully stocked kitchen with coffee making facilities. We have previously been ranked as one of the 'Top 100 Healthcare Employers' by HSJ.
The health and wellbeing of all our staff and the learning and developmental culture that we have cultivated over the years is incredibly important to us. We are an inclusive, patient focused organisation that collaboratively focuses on the support, growth and development of all of our staff and teams. Our organisational developmental attitude is reflected in our CQC ratings -Outstanding in the Well-Lead category at Church Road Health.
Three of our practices within the First 4 Health Group (CRH, SVS & E7H ) are training practices. Our aim is for all our practices to become training practices. We are actively involved with the ICB, ICS, our local federation and our in 2 Primary Care Networks.
We are continually trying to improve patient services and access and so we routinely trial new ways of working to adapt with demands. We also have a health technology automation company on site who have helped revolutionise the ways we work and we are delighted to announce that our work with Healthtech-1 has been shortlisted for GP Provider of the Year award at the #HSJAwards 2021. We also recently received the NEL Workforce Award 2022 for the use of technology to improve working lives and efficiency.
We are committed to ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care and reducing health inequalities, which is reflected in our CQC Outstanding rating in our care of Vulnerable Patients at Church Road Health.
We are constantly innovating and are focused on creating interesting and innovative community based healthcare projects to improve the lives of our patients. We have recently been awarded a substantial grant to work on a maternal health care project which we believe will make a huge difference to the way in which we support families..https://sbrihealthcare.co.uk/news/sbri-healthcare-awards-900000-to-accelerate-innovations-that-narrow-inequalities-in-maternity-care/
